Awesome location and service!
This place is right in the heart of the old city, super convenient. The staff were very good, checking on our tour. The food at the restaurant was fantastic! One thing though, the pool hours are a bit limited, a bummer.

Incredibly beautiful and brilliant hotel, I liked excellent breakfast!
The room was big size, and it had a kettle, tea kettle, and a lounge that were useful. The bed was soft and the bathroom here was large. The private parking was nearby, excellent service.

wonderful accessibility to iconic landmarks and lovely parks
My experience was made even better by the hotel's excellent location just a short walk to the fine Casa Rosada and the peaceful Puerto Madero waterfront, where exploring felt effortless and good.

comfortable stay with room for improvement
The staff provided excellent assistance, particularly in arranging safe taxi rides. The breakfast brunch offered a variety of choices and was served early, made mornings pleasant. I noticed a strong effort from the staff to communicate and meet all our needs, which positively influenced our stay.
The room lacked a bit of charm and could use some updates.

beautiful fountain of fruit, elegant building, large swimming pool
The entire area seems a bit lacking in charm, with uninspiring dining options that fail to impress!!! Consider providing umbrellas for rainy days for added convenience!!!

Had a lovely stay for 3 nights, really enjoyed the breakfast with fresh pastries and the calming indoor heated pool. Took full advantage of the spa area to unwind after a long day of exploring. Just wish there were baths in the room, but that didn't take away from the overall comfort and relaxation we experienced. 😊
